Band Coaching

JMA works closely with Reading Rock Academy to offer band coaching sessions. Sessions are for bands of all abilities and ages. Students who are not currently in a band but would like to be should still apply as new bands are formed based on ability, musical style and age.
Taking part in a group music activity develops social and ensemble skills as well as being an immensely enjoyable experience.
Reading Rock Academy Band Coaching offers students specialist tutors, professional equipment and a variety of performance opportunities.
Bands are generally made up of guitar, bass guitar, drum kit, keyboard and vocals.

Coaching sessions are in blocks of 12 weeks (usually spanning across two JMA terms e.g. September to December) and bands are expected to commit for this time frame.
All RRA tutors are specialists in their area and have enhanced CRB clearance.
Cost
£7.50 per student for a one hour session
12 week block = £90
